Beautiful and wonderful

Because its too luxury

Its location is nice and the view is very nice

A comfortable place and a beautiful view

A wonderful and quiet place, and the best part is the view opposite the mountain and Duhok Tower.

A place with a magnificent view

An old hotel with dated decor. The restaurant is good, the food is delicious, and the prices are moderate. The reception area is nice.

It's a good place, but it lacks cleanliness and food service.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel has been disappointing. The room cleaning service is extremely poor — it has been three days without any housekeeping, despite handing over the key in the morning and specifically …

Bad hotel Bloody treatment Poor service Very dirty linens, blankets, and bed linens Bare bathrooms (almost out of order) Very poor room lighting Poor customer service Frequent arguments with guests

We booked a sweet room and we did not have a problem with the price, but the cleanliness of the room should be up to the required level. However, we stayed because we were tired from a long travel. The next morning, there was no breakfast, …

A very clean and respectable hotel. We rented rooms there, and they were clean, tidy, and everything was great. There are views of the mountains and the beautiful atmosphere of Dohuk. They also have a buffet every day on the 6th floor. I will never forget my experience at this hotel. I stayed in room 401 on July 28, 2025.

A quiet hotel in a beautiful location. And good prices.

Excellent service, thank you

One of the beautiful hotels in Duhok Governorate, Kurdistan Region of Iraq

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Four stars

One of the finest hotels

It's amazing

Good and excellent

Good-natured

Suitable for families, with ample parking space, and located in the center of Duhok.

It's good, but it needs some maintenance.

مكان رائع

A beautiful hotel and a suitable place for families

انها جيدة

A good, suitable hotel with good service and an excellent location.

Honestly, this hotel deserves 4 stars in terms of accommodation, cleanliness, breakfast, and tranquility. Plus, the location is fantastic, right across from Azadi Park and in the heart of Duhok—everything is close by. It's not like other hotels that claim 4 stars but only deserve one. 🩵 …

The place is beautiful, quiet, with a lovely view and a prime location. The price per bed is 35,000 per person.

A very beautiful and clean hotel. The staff are respectful and very pleasant. The view overlooking the city is breathtaking and captivating. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is clean. The view is lovely. The place is quiet. And breakfast is included.

جيد جدًا

A wonderful and quiet hotel

It's a lovely restaurant where you can have breakfast, and the front rooms offer enchanting views and a charming atmosphere.

A hotel offering good service at reasonable prices

Its location is beautiful and the views are stunning.

مكان جيد

Comfortable and clean, a bit expensive, great view

The hotel is nice and clean, the breakfast is basic, the air conditioning is old, you have to call them to turn on the water and it takes half an hour for the hot water to come, and the bathroom is very old.

A hotel worthy of 3 stars

Small rooms, dirty floor, bad smell W.C bad No parking Bad breakfast Bad internet connection High prices compared to services provided

It's okay, but it needs more variety and change in its breakfast menu.

A beautiful and peaceful place in Iraqi Kurdistan

The hotel's location is excellent, especially the rooms overlooking the street, and it's close to the cable car that goes up Mount Zawa.
