The park is very tidy and it is located on the top of Mount Zawa, a park that can be reached by car or by car or Aerial lift . A nice place to spend time with your family, with a dancing fountain, a restaurant, and gardens . It has a car garage The entrance fee per person is 2000 dinars And the garage is 2000 dinars
I recently visited this place in Kurdistan and it was truly amazing. It's one of the best spots I've seen in the region and the vibe is very nice and relaxing. However, the prices are a little high, especially for the telefric which costs 10,000 per person. I would suggest going by your own car instead, which costs 10,000 per car. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit.
The best park I’ve been to in Kurdistan. Spectacular panoramic views of Duhok and Nineveh plains. Ice cream shop at the top is great and lots of nice little shops. Not too busy at 7pm in late May / early June and weather is perfect at the top of this mountain. Lots of tables and seating for families as well as green grass. Entrance fee is 20,000 IQD per car. Parking lot was fine but I imagine it fills up on busier days.
I love spending my weekends at Happy Park; it's my go-to spot for relaxation. The vibrant green trees and colorful flowers always make me feel refreshed. You can easily spend hours there, just wandering around and enjoying the scenery. It's also an excellent place to have a picnic with friends and family. Overall, it's a charming place for everyone.
This park is located in Zawa Mountain and everyone can enjoy the nice view of all duhok province especially during sunset.. It is really wonderful place for families as it has so many gardens and place for sitting infront of the dancing fountain.. in addition, it has a good restaurant with supermarket.. Although, the way for the park is unpaved in part of it and the parking is really with high prices (or ticket for entry).. Also, there is another way to reach zawa park including telefric. I really recommend everyone to visit this place.

Clean and well maintained park. The ride about 10 mins to the top and the view is amazing. You will be able to see the whole city of Duhok. There is a restaurant located on the top.
My first cable car ride. Love the fountains set to music. Reminds me of the Bellagio fountains in Las Vegas. Most beautiful sunset in Iraq.
Great attraction for Duhok City. The cable car (teleferic) is so much fun. And on the other site on top of Zawa mountain is really amazing you can see Mosul lake and Duhok lake.

The place is amazing! We went up by cable car. The view from the top of Mount Zawa overlooking the city and the dancing fountain is wonderful, as are the gardens, trees, shops, and the very kind owners.

A unique and enjoyable experience. The view is breathtaking. The park has a cable car, and on the mountain there is a dancing fountain, a Roman theater, and a restaurant. There are beautiful plants and flowers where you can enjoy the views and have a meal.
Everything is perfect, I just wish they'd lower the prices a little. Otherwise, it's flawless. The taste is amazing and the place is fantastic! ❤️
