A very bad experience... I absolutely do not recommend it. The level of service is zero compared to the prices. Is it reasonable that in 2023 a private hospital requires patients' companions to bring blood samples for lab testing?! What is the role of the staff then? Not to mention the abysmal level of cleanliness in the rooms, restrooms, and so on.

Clean and tidy, they care for the patient, but their prices are extremely high. The medical examination fees are completely unreasonable and illogical. We went in with a small child in the emergency room with a blocked nose, and they charged us 25,000 dinars just for the examination, which is absolutely unacceptable.

The hospital interior is very old and looks more like a public hospital than a private one. The service is poor. Note: Be careful when purchasing medications; the online system may run out of stock and you will have to buy them again.
