A very upscale hotel in every way. If you're visiting Erbil, I highly recommend this hotel. Their prices are very reasonable. It's quiet, clean, and the service is excellent.

The walls are damp and moldy. The drilling started at 7 AM. There's no hot water kettle.

The stay here is more than wonderful, the location is in the heart of Erbil, the room is clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are very good for the service.

The hotel is generally clean and comfortable. It just needs improvement and variety in its breakfast, as a four-star hotel should offer a top-notch breakfast, and it would be preferable to extend breakfast time until 11 AM.

This hotel was unbelievably awful. The air conditioning was nonexistent; there was no cool air in the room, and the refrigerator didn't work. We didn't get any cold water during our entire stay. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I have warned you.

The hotel is upscale and the rooms are air-conditioned and quiet, but there is one drawback: the bathroom doesn't have water for the bidet, which is unacceptable to me, so my rating is 3 stars, knowing that the hotel is upscale and the price is good.

A hotel located on the outskirts of Erbil, accessible from Kirkuk, near Max Mall before the Hanging Garden. Basic but adequate service, acceptable cleanliness, reasonable prices. Suitable for short stays of one or two days.

The hotel has good rooms, but the cleanliness is poor. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff and room service personnel are dirty. There should be better awareness of this issue.

This hotel is awful and filthy in every way. The first thing I saw when I entered was that the bathroom was overflowing and flooded, the room was unclean, the door was torn off its hinges, and when I went to reception I told them they hadn't done anything, the elevator had been out of order for three days, there was no cleaning service, the breakfast was terrible, there was no hot water, and the whole hotel probably had only one employee.

The hotel needs to be renovated and the employees need to be properly trained in the hotel business.

This hotel is overpriced. The rooms are dingy, the bathrooms yucky. There was only one towel for two people. The breakfast was atrocious. The hotel is poorly designed, the numbers in the lift don't correspond to the actual floors (floor no. 10 according to the lift was actually the first floor). Would not recommend. The staff were ok.

My room was ok for a 4 star hotel except there was no cloth hanger inside the room + the TV had a very bad signal and when i asked evening reception staff to fix it they said the fixer will come and fix it. it turned into an hour and a hour turned into 4 hours and same staff members said he will arrive in 5 minutes and the fixer never came to fix it and the evening reception staff lied until my checkout tomorrow. Lying to your costumers as a receptionist is the worst sign of hospitality in the tourism industry.

A wonderful and exceptionally clean hotel + the staff are very polite + the breakfast is delicious and every detail of the hotel is excellent in every way + I highly recommend visiting it

The toilet was leaking water for whole stay,no towels ,no slippers no kettle and very bad service and the staff were not polite when i asked to get it right until the sup. Showed up…to be honest this hotel was in my top list 4 years ago.

Bathroom bad , Room good and clean but small No parking Breakfast is not up to the required . Lobby is comfortable but if you want to drink a coffee in 11 morning you need one hour until the staff is arrived .

At first glance, the hotel looks nice, both inside and out. The design, furniture and room decor all look pretty. But when you look closer, the whole place is very dirty and poorly maintained. The worst hotel ever! The air conditioner didn't work and we caught a cold. The breakfast was bad. The service and support was kiiding. We got cold and they said the maintaince is coming tomorrow!

The Staff are very friendly and cooperative, the place is very nice, very good resturant, I was there many times and the service is consistant. It was very comfortable place, one feels he is home, thanks for every one in the team
