My room was a bit small, but other than that, the hotel's location, staff, and breakfast are excellent. The hotel is new and clean. It's next to Gulan Mall. It's within walking distance of many cafes, restaurants, and markets.

The internet and electricity are very bad. The rooms are small.

Cleanliness: Very good Price: Very reasonable for the hotel's standard Service: Excellent and comparable to 7-star service. The reception, cafeteria, and cleaning staff are courteous, friendly, and always greet you with a smile. The room is very good in terms of size, furnishings, and amenities. The pool is large and clean. The buffet is varied, clean, and delicious. The hotel's location is excellent. It's close to a mall, restaurants, cafes, and in a respectable and clean area.

Everything was excellent except for the hospitality. Customers were surprised by a drinks menu presented to them while they were seated at reception, courtesy of a service employee. Also, there was a delay in laundry and ironing; for example, a shirt was only ironed from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM.

Very nice, a wonderful experience. The pool is only for children. If you divide its times, for example, one hour for women, but one day for surgeons, it would be better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had a very pleasant stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet – an exceptionally wide selection of fresh and delicious food. The other dining options were also of high quality. The atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant and inviting. Overall, a superb experience where everything was perfect. I would gladly return!

We stayed their for one night , incredible hotel , very clean room , many details available at the room , every thing you need literally ! I hope they keep the same level of services , at breakfast , tables and chairs were very clean and comfy , and open buffet has varities of food for every one and taste very good , the staff were very nice and responding fast

Wonderful hotel . The reception area is very elegant and the staff are friendly. The lobby is large with plenty of sofas and a buffet where refreshments are served. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious, even the single rooms, and each has a small balcony with a beautiful view.

It was my second time staying in Helmond in Erbil, and its going to be definitely other visits. The place is so clean and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Mr. Ari has been really helpful and supportive. We felt home. My main concern in the hotel is the washroom. It was so clean and tidy. Wish them success and see them in the next visit hopefully.

Warning – Do not book this hotel! We booked two separate rooms, one of which was for two people. We, who stayed in that particular room, didn’t get a minute of sleep that night. The noise insulation was non-existent – every sound from the street came right into the room. Without exaggerating, it felt like we were sleeping on the balcony. On top of that, loud bangs from the roof could be heard every other hour throughout the night. Such a wonderful good place to have a vacation on from general service rooms breakfast and its strategic/perfect location in Erbil . BUT its have an issue make it unpleasant Which is women can’t swim there if we had a vacation there at least mention specific time or hours to swim ,we have families.. i also noticed there is no women in the staff With sincere regards.

Newly opened hotel in a very good location, very clean rooms , good breakfast buffet I had some issues at the beginning of my stay but thanks to Mr.Ari, all of the issues were resolved , he has great experience in customer satisfaction , his support was outstanding . Highly recommended I have only one note regarding rooms lighting, it’s low.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell that made the whole room unpleasant. In the morning, there was no coffee available, which is a basic expectation for any hotel. To make matters worse, the staff accused me of stealing items from the room—which was completely false and extremely offensive. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a hotel before. Overall, a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay elsewhere.

I visited this hotel in my last flight to erbil Their breakfast is good , big swimming pool , clean rooms ,Their flexibility and treatment of staff is best specifically Mr Ari,he is good manger and have great experience in problem solving and guest satisfaction. Probably one of the good thing about this hotel is the location. Then the reality kicks. The rooms are very dark, there is no decent light in the room itself, only at the entrance. The windows are small and don’t give enough sunlight. If you’d like to read before going to bed, forget about it, it’s not possible - bed light is not sufficient. There are no non-smoking rooms. Although the staff claimed there is no smell, the odor is there and you cannot escape it. Room was extremely tiny. Like unusually small. The internet hardly work in the room due to lack of wifi coverage in the room The AC was not possible to regulate so the options were freeze to dead or bake. And for some reason despite seeming clean the room smelled of feet when u turn on the AC

Such a nice stay we had in Helmond hotel , great location in Golan street next to Golan mall , and many nice restaurants and shops nearby , spacious room with new furniture , friendly Cooperative stuff especially Sateesh , good breakfast with variety of food , we had essues with room service but they solved it and apologised The next day , I only didn't understand the concept of the pool to be for men only and not for families , even so , I recommend the Helmond as a 5 stars hotel to stay in , very valuable for the mony and I will stay in it when we visit Erbil again.
