We booked a room, but after we saw it, they changed it to a filthy, broken, and terrible one with a torn mattress. A very wonderful hotel with a unique location away from the crowds of the city center, as it is located opposite Magdi Mall. It has several restaurants and cafes, some of which are in the outdoor gardens. It has an indoor swimming pool for adults and children and contains a jacuzzi and a Turkish bath in a modern style.

The service is very poor. If you book for three people, you get a room for two, and the third one sleeps on the floor. As for breakfast, it is very limited. It is not a five-star breakfast. There are no nuts, honey, or fruit (apples, oranges, or bananas), only watermelon or watermelon. The staff do not smile at the guests at all. I advise the hotel management to watch the movie "Bombay Hotel" to learn what the customer represents.

As of September 14, 2019, some floors and rooms were undergoing renovations, though it wasn't noticeable. The same was true for the pool and gym. It's a decent hotel with a somewhat forced elegance; the finishes have a few flaws. It has easy access to the Majilli Mall and is close to the airport.

Al-Amana Hotel is respectable, and everyone there is very respectable and cherished. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in, 100% wonderful.

Despite far from the center of Sulaynaniyah, I don't mind that. This hotel is actually one of the few best ones in Iraq and has a good swimming pool and it's restaurant is amazing. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and it's good price for a 5 star hotel.
