We booked a suite for one night. The bed was dirty, and the noise from the street cars and motorcycles was clearly audible, as if the windows weren’t even closed. Additionally, the breakfast was very poor. Absolutely was very bad and very rude and the staff Customer service absolutely very poor.

Decent hotel if you’re staying for one night. Rooms are fine, although the air conditioning was broken, so it was a bit hot. The bathrooms are a bit weird, with the shower and the toilet in basically the same spot. Also, the person at the desk took our passports and wouldn’t give them back until we checked out.

Very good hotel, especially for Soran standards. Everything was clean and working, the staff was very helpful and spoke English enough. From cons, I can mention the breakfast, which was rather poor speaking by the variety of items. We paid 50 USD per night per double room.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are good value for money, with comfortable beds, large bathrooms and good showers. Very kind staff, who also changed money for me at a good rate. There is secure undercover parking at the back of the hotel if you are coming by car (as well as plenty of street parking).

Stayed here for one night while passing through Soran. The receptionist was lovely and provided us with a comfortable room. Breakfast was basic but good. Can’t complain for $30 and recommend staying here while visiting Soran.

Definitely a good place to stay in Soran. The room was big, clean and comfy. Location is a tiny bit off center but still walkable. We stayed 2 nights (unplanned, we checked out after the first night) and they just gave us the same room again without making the sheets or cleaning etc. The breakfast is not very varied. Price was okay (negotiable).

It’s not a 4 stars hotel if we comparing it with the another 4 stars hotel but for a small city like Soran The reception was bad you should take your luggage by yourself and no one take care of you The first room I received was very dirty and not there were some one left his bag in , then I changed it, you should to wait to the hot water !!! Finally the brake fast was very cheap no options, no good quality food

This hotel was a pleasant surprise on my travel around Kurdistan. The price was fair, the reception - even though nobody spoke English - went out of their way to help me. The wifi was good, there is a parking space behind the hotel and theres also a generator, in case the energy goes dows. Some options to eat around as well.

The hotel has good rooms but the problem in the location around the hotel there isn't any restaurant in the morning and you will have a problem with that.the service is not good and the elevator has some problems.
