Amazing place for relaxing

The room was spacious and clean ( about 70 m2, it's almost like an apartment), the staff were polite, the indoor pool was good. Things that I didn't like: the pool and the gym were reserved only for women till 4:00 pm. There's no an outdoor seating area.

Some hotel employees (especially those at the front desk and restaurant) think they're managers and disrespect their guests. This is hurting the Grand Swiss Hotel. Someone needs to teach them to respect their customers. When you employ people with no experience in hotel or tourism, such disrespect is bound to happen. But Renchber and Hassan, in particular, are truly excellent; they are very kind and respectful to their customers.

The true standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff The level of service I received was truly remarkable. Any request I had was handled promptly and with the utmost professionalism ,I felt genuinely cared for as a guest complete with a large, comfortable room ,however I felt disappointed that the pool area was not operated as a mixed- and the bowling alley was not operational use facility as advertised

Location depends on your needs, 30 minutes away from EIA and places like Dream City. Super quiet rooms, great service, and the food was consistently very very good. I was there for over three weeks, so I know. Gym is fine - the machines in the gym are not wiped down, so some of the bits you need to touch feel "sticky". Did not use the pool, it is big though and had lots of people in the am swimming

One of the best hotels in Kurdistan the rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Prices are good. Gym indoor swimming pool and much more. They also serve food and beverages at the lobby which is triple volume glass roof very heartwarming.

Booked due to working across the road. Bit of a weird stay being one of only a handful of visitors in a huge hotel but really enjoyed it due to friendly staff, excellent amenities, good wifi and a fantastic room. Up in the hills quite far out of Erbil so you're not likely to book this place unless you're working in the province ;-)

Actually about this hotel I was a worker there and had wonderful time with my collocator, and about serving they really have great experience of serving their clients and it's high atmosphere in the court. Anyway if you want to stay for anytime in a place then with Swiss hotel you won't regret your time for spending there! Chao
