Beautiful and appropriate

The hotel has great access to the city center and i had a nearly quiet clean room, at an affordable cost. They have multilingual staff but they took them more than half an hour to check my IDs ؛ I think for security reasons, I liked that they have a free parking spot nearby too.

Nice staff have stayed in more wxpensive hotels here in slamania however they dont have sheets the water isnt always on the airconditioning tv and fridge didnt work oroperly and i had to throw food away this hotell from the front isnt astheticaly pleasing and even looks dirty but it isnt it has good comfertable beds best night sleep this year is clean same as any hotel here you will need your own towels and toilet papper .the price is good and for longer stayers they will reduce the price in a verry good position as its right opposit city star shopping complex isnt much to do in slamani and a

Not so quick when it comes to room service.. please add some fragrance in bathroom of rooms coz it's chocking other than that okay acceptable place to stay

The hotel is in terrible condition, all the door locks are broken, the bathrooms are awful and filthy, the air conditioners don't work, and the bed linens are dirty.

I visited it five years ago and it was very bad. I visited it again now and it has improved somewhat, but it hasn't reached the required standard. The owner is a respectable person with high morals.

The electricity is terrible. The bathrooms are small and cramped. The price is high for the poor service. Many families stayed one night and left because of the poor service and the annoying generator noise. As for the elevator, that's a whole other story. A room for two people costs 40,000 Iraqi dinars, and a suite is 70,000. Add 10,000 or 15,000 dinars and you can get a much better hotel with excellent service.

The service was fraudulent. I agreed on one price but was charged a different price the next day. The breakfast was terrible. My belongings, which I had put in the refrigerator, were stolen under the pretext that it was the cleaning staff's responsibility. The TV, faucet, and hot water were all broken. The intercom was out of order. This hotel is a failure. Features: Parking available. Near Salem Street. My rating: 0 stars.

The worst hotel in Sulaymaniyah. The electricity is cut off for 8 hours or more continuously. It's filthy, the services are nonexistent, the generator is on the roof and very noisy, the breakfast is terrible, there are insects in the rooms, the bedding smells awful, and all the air conditioners have only one remote control—a complete joke.

I loved the place, the staff were very friendly. The hotel has some issues with the bathroom, such as a lack of hot water. The hotel's location is very good on Salem Street, close to malls and public parks.
