The cleanliness of the bathrooms is 70% poor; the plumbing is faulty, and there's a water leak that gets into the room. Maintenance is weak, and there's only one elevator with a capacity of four people, which is very slow. Groups arriving …
Modest hotel. The furniture is unclean. The air conditioning doesn't work in some rooms. The breakfast buffet is outdated. The food is cold. The potato wedges are cold and burnt. The eggs and tomatoes are without pepper and without salt. The soup is cold. When a certain quantity is exhausted, it is not replenished, like the boiled eggs.
The service is very good, the hotel is more than wonderful, it has all the comforts, and the prices are reasonable.
A good hotel, not bad at all; the top floor is the best part.
Very good hotel
A beautiful, clean hotel with an excellent location.
A wonderful hotel and a very distinguished staff. I wish them continued success in their work.
After the recent renovation, it became a truly excellent place; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Your home is full and you betrayed me
Excellent location and very reasonable price
Beautiful hotel
To be honest, I changed rooms four times due to poor quality; the fans were broken, the air conditioners weren't clean, and the rooms themselves weren't clean. I hope you'll do some maintenance on the hotel because we're here as tourists and want to see nice scenery.
Incompetent people working here. They Forget my ID to give it back.
The rooms are small and unclean, with hair everywhere, especially animal hair, and the reception staff are unprofessional and unfriendly.
Poor service
The rooms are very dirty and the bedding is also dirty. They didn't clean the rooms during our stay. The elevator is slow and there is only one elevator. I do not recommend it at all.
After spending the second day, I will re-examine the rooms. They are very, very comfortable, but I only recommend improving cleanliness because, frankly, they are not clean at all. There are stains on the stove, the bed, and the floor. …
I don't know him
A nice, fairly clean place, but it needs some improvements. The restaurant is terrible. Its location is very close to the Duhok market and the Kli area; you can walk there.
Bad location, all ceramic shops, poor service, and unclean rooms.
gelek baş
The hotel's location is good and it has a beautiful view, but it lacks cleanliness, the breakfast is poor and doesn't offer many items, and there is no room cleaning service.
Located in the ceramics market area, a 10-minute walk from Duhok market. It has 7 floors. The rooms are average size. Cleanliness is acceptable. There's only one elevator, which is slow. The internet is good. The furniture is old, and the …
A good, comfortable, and clean hotel with excellent service from the staff, and the price is reasonable compared to other hotels.
Some employees entering apartments after leaving for sightseeing trips to turn off the lights instead of informing us... this is a violation of privacy... this is one of the reasons for the above rating.
It is booked by Iraqi tour agent. So it is not suitable for solo visitors. All the members are satisfied with their rooms except me and a newly married …
A simple, ordinary Fendi in the city center, close to the market. The breakfast service is good, but the room service is poor.
It needs more care.
The hotel is fairly good. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The room service is okay. The location is good relative to the city center. The prices are average at the moment. The problem is the electricity generator and also the hot …
Very clean / quiet / close to the city market and Duhok Dam ❤️ Prices are very reasonable

Reasonable price, good service, clean, breakfast this morning, the eggs were spoiled
The service was very good. The generator broke down frequently. The breakfast was average. The price was reasonable. The room was small. The services were acceptable. The internet was good.
The hotel is very clean and elegant, and the staff are amazing and incredibly kind.
A very upscale hotel 🏨 …
The service employee's behavior was poor.
A beautiful and clean place
ordinary hotel
A lovely, somewhat casual restaurant with ample food and complimentary appetizers. Very nice and their service is great.
Excellent hotel and good service
The service is poor
A quiet and clean hotel
An old and tired hotel that does not even deserve two stars. The room is very small. The water heater does not work and the water is cut off. There is only one elevator and all the families go up and down from it. It can hold 4 people, no more.
A very upscale hotel
Clean and good service, but small in size
upscale hotel
A one-star hotel with a very basic breakfast that does not meet the required standard.
Good hotel, average price
