The best facial I ever did it’s in Il’bella . I’m a regular customer there. They use a really quality products . With your job my face became a REALLY GLOW CLEAN SMOOTH for my oily skin with big pores - it’s a first time result like that great and remain for few months !!!! I’m usually coming once in 2-3 months and also after 4-5 sessions my face is MUCH BETTER AT All than one year ago !!! And your laser is great - THE MOST UNPAINFUL LASER in Erbil and really effective! It's terrible! I tried the Strong Gel, and it's awful. The nails look huge and asymmetrical, and the backs are very thick. When I asked the girl who works there to fix them (we were just starting out) because I didn't like them, she refused! When I refused and insisted she fix them, she started acting rudely, throwing the file on the floor and being disrespectful to me. In the end, she didn't fix them as I wanted!

The prices are too much high in an incredible manner

Honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had, had to leave after the mani although I had also booked a pedicure, as well. The woman who was assigned to me was super unfriendly, I would even call it an aggressive attitude (never met anyone quite like that in all my time in Kurdistan…) and on top they wouldn’t let me sit next to my friend although we had booked together. We left half way through and went to the nail salon right next door instead where we had a really nice pedicure experience.

The prices are insanely expensive comparing to other salons! And the gel polish just ruined my nails! Not going back there :)
