My experience at Inanna was beyond disappointing. I went in for a simple gel polish, hoping for a clean and polished look. However, what I received was a nightmare. Firstly, the nail technician completely disregarded my requests, filing my nails into different shapes and sizes. It was as if she had never handled a nail file before. To add insult to injury, she cut my skin and cuticles so aggressively that they bled. Not only was this painful, but it was also incredibly unprofessional. Never on time. Every time you go you have to wait at LEAST for 30 min. They do not respect people’s time and make you wait, then act is if its too much to ask to start on time for the appointment you called and booked in advance. The work they do is nothing special either. Pretty mediocre for their horrible time management

They rejected to service me because i spoke arabic

The eyelash extensions here are terrible 👎 Don't come here! They'll keep poking your eyes! And they look awful!

My experience with the monthly section was very bad. The blow-dry was bad and the cut was even worse.
