The hotel is absolutely terrible... It's outrageous that they're charging guests... It doesn't deserve a single star... However, its location is okay. It's not even suitable for a single night's stay. Unfortunately...

Very bad hotel

It's an old hotel. The rooms and everything inside them is old. There are no towels in the bathroom. The location is far from the castle in the city center. The breakfast is nothing like a real breakfast. The room is $20. It's overpriced …

It's a nice place, but the room isn't very good and needs a lot of cleaning. Thank you.

The prices are a bit high; for example, they're asking for 25,000 for one night, when it should be at most 15,000.

Hotel is not clean. Breakfast is bad. Hotel location at night is so depressing. Staff are friendly.

The guys at the reception were really great. The location is good as well. it's quite cheap as well.

From the cheapest hotel in Erbil I wasn’t expecting much, but the facilities were great and the staff was excellent. Yousif B was very helpful and kind. He even let me check in early even though check in was supposed to be 2! The hotel was great but the staff, especially Yousif, made it fantastic!
