The trainers a very good and know what they are doing and they are always helping you whenever you need them. the bathrooms are clean and i love the showers. the equipment and machines are not bad but it could be better and some don't work. the location is great but the place itself is very old and when it's raining water drips from the ceiling.

Average gym, the coaches are awesome and really friendly, the showers are very good, the locker room is fair, the machines are old but not broken, the gym can get a little hot during the summer because of how big it is, but would definitely recommend checking it out as a winter gym substitute.
