The hotel itself has many activities, such as going to the gym, if your feeling like it you can go for a few rounds of strokes at the swimming pool, if you don't feel like it, you can always go to the spa or the jacuzzi. We used this hotel for a training workshop for three days. I was impressed by all the staff. It was organised, clean and good facilities. The staff were attentive and kind. At lunch the food was lovely. I was missing an IT cable and the IT staff came and helped and found the correct cable straight away. - Would recommend.

A good hotel in Dohuk, well located away from the main road. The newly refurbished rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant is well-priced and has a good variety.

We moved to this hotel after being abused and insulted by the feral staff at the Rixos Duhok. Our room (a suite) was newly refurbished with a sitting room and new bathroom. Truly excellent staff who did everything to welcome us and make us comfortable. Yes the hotel is not brand new, but 1000 times better than the shameful Rixos.

We will never come back again, The air conditioner was not working at night and we could not sleep at all, we asked to try to fix it, they said will send someone to fix it but no one came. We send about $120 for never getting sleep at night. They said it is a 5 start hotel but it is not even a one star hotel. If you are looking for a hotel to sleep do not come here.
