The worst appointments are when you have an appointment at 1:00 PM; you'll finish at 5:00 PM. There's no respect for time or appointments.

After reading the reviews I am not going there.

I was not accurately diagnosed, and I was not informed of the nature of my medical condition. As soon as the treatment ended, my condition returned to what it was before, or even worse.

One of the worst centers I ever visited, no respect for the pre scheduled appoinent, bad customer ( patient ) service , definitely not recommended , I do belive that any other eye center in Erbil would be better

The center itself is good and clean, but its optician's shop is terrible in terms of both prices and extreme delays. They processed orders incorrectly, then delayed them even further, didn't answer the phone, and provided poor service during delivery. Total scam.
