A truly awful hotel... The rooms are filthy, and there's no room service or daily cleaning unless you constantly ask. The furniture is broken and screwed in. The carpeting is filthy. The bathrooms are dilapidated; you turn on the tap for fifteen minutes and get alternating hot and cold water, making it impossible to wash properly. It's located overlooking a valley filled with garbage and sewage. I advise anyone to camp outdoors rather than stay there. The hotel is okay, with a nice view and good breakfast. It's also close to the Duhok market. However, one drawback is that one room needs maintenance. For example, the air conditioner was making noise, but we contacted maintenance and they fixed it. The bathroom also needs repairs to the toilet bowls, as they are old, but to be fair, they work. Another problem is that the double beds are separate, which was a major issue as we couldn't sleep comfortably. We contacted them, but they haven't fixed it. The services are not up to standard and need more maintenance. The elevator broke down twice in four days. The hotel generator is located next to the rooms and is very noisy. The staff are extremely polite and helpful to guests, and the location is excellent in the city center.

Small and cozy hotel. Good price good place and good hospitaluty to stay. Recommend staying in it. Also they have basement parking garage for cars so no need to worry about leaving the car.
