A beautiful and quiet hotel in a great location opposite the lovely Empire City and close to Dream City. The hotel features a quiet restaurant and café with beautiful seating and design. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very spacious with modern furnishings, and there is a safe for valuables. It also has a full-service spa and ample parking both beside and behind the hotel. The hotel's front view of 100th Street, Empire City, and the beautiful skyscrapers is stunning. We highly recommend it for your stay.

The food is very good. It suits Turkish tastes. The hotel exceeded expectations in terms of overall cleanliness and standards. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. And the cooling system is excellent. It's a bit far from the center of Erbil.

I have not stayed at this hotel, however I've been there and did events in the hotel's ballroom. I have had contacts with the admin and thus as a b2b contact. The hotel shall not be rated as the highest and the best in town. It is a 4 star hotel in Erbil. This means that it could be clean, with good stuff in the rooms, but not the best in terms of services. Pros: This hotel is located not far from the airport. It has a good staff, welcoming and fairly smiling. Some rooms are fine generally. Cons: I switched few rooms because there are no view or no windows at all. The breakfast is poor for this class. Very poor and the food is not always fresh. I rarely see someone dining there because of the poor choice on the menu and no ambiance.

Honestly i dont repeat this experience at all. Breakfast is very cheap no variety of choices, service is very unprofessional. Wifi doesnt work for most of the time, no money to exchange at the reception. Plus we had a problem with the housekeeping they tried to tell us we put do not disturb while we didnt and then someone come knocking at our door at 11 pm while we re sleeping to check why the housekeeping didnt clean the room while we called them at 8 to tell them. They say gym is available and when you go to the gym you find only 4 sets of dumbbells with no machine at all, FYI you cant call

Nice hotel, near EIA Airport on the main ring road of the city, there are couple of restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy around. Nice hospitality, helpful staf, new big rooms, has all required facilities. Windows not 100% sound isolated so you still hear outside sound and road noise. Very good place in general.
