It's a good gym. The place is a bit narrow but has almost all the equipment you might need. It is equipped with lockers and has moderately clean showers. The trainers are nice and supportive and they also sell all your gym necessities on site such as clothes, gloves, belts, supplements...etc. It has a UFC ring and they have trainers that teach that as well (for an added charge I believe). Also there is a mini restaurant available that serves healthy food for the trainees.
