One of the few times that i have good KFC Only one problem the parking area is small and they always try to vale park for you even if there is places also I think the management should arrange better solutions for that

Went to the drive-thru w days ago and all it took was 10 minutes to order and receive my order for 3 people and there was a line of cars and the restaurant was fully packed. Food was great

KFC has been always one of my top favourite places. There are some branches in Erbil and this is one of them. They are pretty fast for preparing foods. The place is amazing and there is also outdoor sitting. Tyere is some car noises since it is near from main road, but that may not cause much a problem. The only reason for giving 4 stars is that, they didn't let me take pictures. I had to take some secretly.😂👌

The place is big and it’s 2 floors. The outdoor seating is great and there are many tables. It’s usually crowded. The food is good and the prices are the same as all of the branches. The staff are nice. They have removed the Pepsi refill. They have 2 bathrooms, one of them for disable people.

KFC kentucky restaurant in Erbil is a good place to take fast food.. Although the prices were high and the place is not clean.. It is really very crowdy place and the parking system filled with stones and dust.. I really do not recommend at all.

Rizo bowl was very bad, this not even rizo! Very small portion, no sauce, not tasting good. Fries also not the best, and they are very oily, i had stomach ache after, it was a bad experience, the table that we sat on was not cleaned, even the chairs were dirty, the only good thing about this place is the fast service our order was ready in a very short time.

It’s really nothing special, it’s not even worth it in my opinion. So this is basically a standard kfc except that it’s below ur average kfc. i ordered a zinger burger, it barely had any flavour it tasted like nothing. Their bread seemed old too. There’s limited parking available as well so that’s something to keep in mind when you go during busy hours.

Prices are out of hand, & this is totally not normal. It cost the same as eating in a fine dinning restaurant now. KFC is supposed to me a fast food restaurant & affordable that’s how it is worldwide but in Iraq they are just increasing prices every couple of month & lowering food quality. Totally unacceptable !

The exchange rate is IQD 145,000 while in the market is IQD 150,000 and they don't except Master cards only cash they say who is using Master Cards ! so you lift with no option just lose IQD 5,000.

Yesterday on 24th of Feb i went with my family to have late dinner , The main issue was finding hair in our food. we ordered 4 types and the twister box had hair. While we received an apology, it did not resolve the situation. Once something like that happens, the dining experience is already compromised. Expecting us to pay for a meal we could not eat due to a hygiene issue was extremely disappointing. An apology alone does not correct the mistake. Unfortunately, this was handled poorly, and we will not be returning.

I was there today March 11/2023 Bad service bad food bad place never like before. As the dollar rates are higher today at 100$=158,500 IQD they only change it at 146,000 IQD, they have raised their food prices and lowered food quantity & quality. We made an order waited for almost more than 15 minutes and people who ordered after us were getting their orders faster than us. There seems to be a significant discrepancy between the food images displayed on your social media pages,they appear large but are actually very small in reality. It appears that you may be disregarding special requests from customers, as you send them the items listed on your menu without accommodating their preferences. In addition to the fact that the food taste and the quality is not good compared to other countries,and the prices are very high. Besides your staff seem to lack experience in handling customer interactions, leading to delay in submitting the order to the customer!

had to drive 3 hours from sulaymaniah to order at this KFC branch and I had to go to the captin 4 times just to get my order right and yet they failed to serve what I ordered , food was amazing as always but service is absolutely terrible, disappointed by the staff laughing at you when you tell them they got the order wrong 👎👎

Very bad food and cold food, bad service. They use Old food from other people, And put bag in machine again use. Don't come here it's too bad.
