Many details are well thought out, but the elegance in areas such as the foyer, lounge and corridor is not reflected in the rooms.
The shower area in the room is absurdly small, you cannot even move.
Internet connection is good, bed comfort is satisfactory.

The hotel itself is good with an acceptable price compared to what the hotel offers. Right place for low/average budget travelers. Rooms are clean, staff welcoming, standard rooms are simple and spacious for one person or a couple. Nevertheless, the hotel location is a great one for people looking for busy area, into the normal population of Sleimanya and local offers/markets. If you look for something quiet or luxurious then this is not your place. Plus the market street is busy with the traffic during all the day with one way streets. We struggled during almost 30mn to find the way to the ho

It is a 4 stars hotel but I would rate it 5 stars from my experience with them, excellent location in the centre of sulymania 10 minutes to family mall (carrfour) & city centre shopping mall, excellent clean rooms & bathrooms with everyday free cleaning service, the hotel designed horizontally which gives the customers a nice space to walk & sit outside their rooms which also gives the hotel and spaces a quite relaxing environment .
The booking comes with free open buffet breakfast of excellent quality & taste. The reception are friendly, polit & cooparative. All the goods in one hotel.

Located in the bazaar area with direct access from underground parking, Free water, spacious rooms, acceptable prices. However, the room was dirty, worn and looked into a courtyard. Pretty noisy, too. And the packaged breakfast was a joke. All this diminished the happiness about my upgrade, even more so as they could not find my booking and it took two hours to get into the room. Would not go there again.

Location is perfect, in the mid of the old souks, the hotel is located in a shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and the beds are clean and comfy. Bathroom is a bit small, but has clean and wrapped towels with the necessary amenities.
The internet connection is not that fast, and you have to reconnect your devices ever now and then.
Main disadvantage is the electricity, it shut downs for almost a minute every 1 - 2 hours and the AC never turn on automatically which awaked me from sleep feeling very hot until I figured what is wrong.
Breakfast is rather poor, they have prepared meal boxes t

Great place to stay your weekend. Vacation and holiday. Free breakfast. Located in the middle of the Bazaar. Don't wash your laundry there. too expensive compared with the regular price. Also there management is too weak, you need to repeat yourself twice at all the time. Sometimes they add extra cost without customer knows.

The front desk was very friendly and the breakfast was tasty.
It is in a good area for exploring the bazaar

Nice Hotel in the City

Hello... I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with my children. The hotel's location is incredibly strategic, despite the traffic when taking a taxi. Its location is fantastic and saves a lot of time if you like staying in the city center, as it's located on Molloy Street. The hotel has only two floors; the third floor houses a restaurant, the first floor has shops, and the second floor also has shops. The rooms are good and spacious, and the price is mid-range between expensive and budget hotels. The service is good, but I advise against staying in rooms 408, 409, 410, 508, 509, and 510 because

I visited the Khan Saray Hotel in the heart of the Grand Bazaar of Sulaymaniyah, and it was a wonderful experience by all accounts. I give it a five-star rating for its location, as it's truly in the center of the market, making it close to almost everything—shops, restaurants, cafes, and even the surrounding heritage sites. The view of the market from the hotel is beautiful and gives a feeling of vibrancy and connection to the city.
In terms of service, the staff were respectful and helpful, both at reception and throughout the hotel. The reception area was good, although small, but organize

Nice hotel in Sulaimaniyah
The hotel is located in the center of a busy bazaar, making it difficult to reach by car, especially during rush hour. However, its location as part of a mall and the adjacent bazaar puts everything nearby: restaurants, various shops, cafes, and gift shops, particularly those selling traditional sweets and nuts.
The hotel has a heritage design.
The staff is kind and friendly. Check-out was at 12:00 PM, but they allowed us to stay an extra two hours because of our flight time.
Tea and coffee are available free of charge at all times in the reception hall.

An excellent hotel with a unique, heritage-inspired character. Their service is outstanding, and the rooms and amenities are superb. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sulaimaniyah and staying overnight. There is also private parking available.

It was a pleasant experience.
As soon as we called, we booked a room for two for 70,000 dinars...
The reservation was fixed for 12:30 a.m.
The information desk speaks three languages: Arabic, Kurdish, and English.
The information desk is wonderful.
The reception is friendly.
The parking garage is free for hotel guests, meaning you can go in and out as you please.
The location is in the middle of Mawlawi Street, close to Sulaymaniyah's Ghazal Market, and the hotel is located in the middle of their mall.
As soon as we entered the room, we were overwhelmed by the wonderful smell and cleanl

The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean. There is a free garage for hotel guests and there is a moderately good breakfast. There is average internet in the rooms. The reception staff is not helpful enough. The hotel is located in the middle of a busy popular market, so entering and exiting it is not easy by car. Also, the side of the hotel overlooking the market is noisy despite the good soundproofing of the windows. The hotel is generally quiet, and the soundproofing between the rooms is good.

A nice, clean hotel, but its location is inside a popular market and it's crowded all the time. There's a parking garage for car owners.

The hotel has a very good location, right in the heart of Sulaymaniyah’s market on Mawlawi Street, which is a big plus. The hotel was very clean overall. There is still some room for improvement, but for a four-star hotel it was good.
Parking is available in the mall next to the hotel, which was convenient. Breakfast was quite good; it could be better, but it was fine for a four-star hotel, not top-tier.
Service was at a standard four-star level, not luxury. However, in terms of location, it definitely feels like a top four-star hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was truly excellent. The staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling or visiting the area.

Clean rooms. Not expensive tho not cheap. It's in the middle of the bazar, which is nice for some people, but going into the parking lot is a nightmare at daytime. Nice breakfast too.

After few hours searching for a hotels finally I found Khan Saray Hotel, which I had good two nights there, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, the stuff are so friendly and the room was the best also very clean,
I do highly recommend it.
Thank you.

Positives: rooms are clean and quite spacious. The bed is nice and comfortable with quality linen. There are nice hot showers, and a very good buffet breakfast is available. It has underground parking and is in an excellent location. The nightly rate is very reasonable.
Negatives: it advertises a 'kitchen to cook meals' on Booking.com Although there is a range hood, there is no stove nor any cookware, cutlery, plate set etc. to do anything. Only a sink and small fridge. There's a kettle in the room that has a Euro plug although the wall sockets are British (we needed to use our own adapter) b

The rooms were big and spacious.
But I found a hair in my room on my bed.
The bathroom were small but other wise the design was really nice.
The breakfast was really really good.

This is a 3 star hotel in a 5 star place. Food is terrible terribly oily, the service never supply enough. It was four of us and they gave us 2 towels… Besides the hotel being mid the market around the hotel is very nice. Stay in this hotel if u dont have a car. But if u do then DONT go to another hotel that is by street salim.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The only downside is the small shower which inevitably will leak all over the bathroom but this is a common issue and not a big deal.

Very Disappointed ,Would Not Recommend
I’m very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite its appearance, the policies are extremely inconvenient and not guest friendly at all.
They do not allow food delivery (even from well known services like Toters and Talabat) to be brought to your room. As a female guest, I had to change clothes and go downstairs every time just to pick up my order from reception. When I asked if a staff member could bring it up instead, they refused and simply said, “We don’t offer this service.”
They also don’t allow any visitors to come up to the room, which

The rooms were simple and sufficient, but the cleaning service didn't come to the room daily. The location is great, right in the middle of the market so it's great for shopping and getting gifts.
It's also quiet inside but I noticed that it'd sometimes transfer smells. I'd still recommend this hotel if you're on a budget and need a place to stay for some time.

I can't really say much as they denied my booking when i arrived there. They gave the room i booked to someone else and claimed i never booked. Very unprofessional and childish, they barely answer phone calls and everytime i called they flat out told me that i called too early and wouldn't let me book, and insisted that i book later which i had to do as i had no option. It is located nicely which i won't deny but the reception team just does not have manners nor common decency. Very disappointing. It seems like they strictly favor Arab tourists over everyone else as they only made things easie

Good option to book and is inside the center of Sulaynaniyah Bazar and has a good restaurant for not such expensive prices. However, rooms aren't maintained well, but for 1-2 nights it's not bad.

Very clean and spacious rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has free parking (always tricky to find a space around the middle of the city) and is situated in the middle of the city. Walking distance to amazing street food, bazaars, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect location in a great city.

I wouldn’t stay here anymore. The rooms were dirty, they were doing constructing I’m the room next door to me til 3 am in the morning so I couldn’t sleep. They weren’t very professional in the sense of that they charged me more than what the price was. They didn’t make the bed nor clean them in the many days I stayed there. They took advantage of the fact that I was a tourist and didn’t know much about the area. And even tho it is Kurdistan and a Kurdish city sadly they only spoke Arabic which is the worst shame of it all. There were young boys surrounding the entrances constantly hackling and
