A very nice, quiet hotel in a central location. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet on the top floor, overlooking Duhok, offers a wide selection. Parking is available in front of the hotel and on the street. The rooms are very large and spacious. The hotel is very clean.

A wonderful and beautiful hotel, consisting of eight floors and offering various room types ranging from single rooms to full suites. Breakfast is served complimentary in the hotel's restaurant from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with an open buffet offering a wide variety of dishes. I've stayed at two hotels in Duhok so far, and this one was undeniably much better in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service; I think this one is the best. They just need to improve the internet; while the other hotel had 40mbps, here I only get 4-5mbps...

I can't just say it's wonderful, but this hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. I felt completely at ease, both mentally and physically. It's located in the heart of Duhok, 60 km from the Turkish border. It offers an excellent and varied breakfast and spacious rooms. I can say that the owner, Mr. Abu Omar, personally oversees every detail of the hotel, and I recommend it as a hotel for all budgets. I don’t recommend staying at Khani Hotel. The room was dusty, and the sheets smelled bad, so I couldn’t sleep well. The bathroom was even worse with water on the floor and a dirty toilet. This made us cut our stay in Duhok short. On the plus side, the hotel is close to many places, and the breakfast was great with a lot of options.

I spent a very comfortable night here in February while touring the region. The room was spacious, clean and warm in the middle of winter, and breakfast was extensive, with some of the best yogurt I've ever tasted. Wifi was quick and dependable.

All good the food the service and location . But the price need to be less. Me with 2 friends rent a room for 85 US dollars and it isn't summer season. The price should be around 45 US in winter time . So 2 nights cost 170 USD . For only sleep and breakfast.

Decent hotel with good price. Writing this review during my 2nd time stay with this hotel. Location wise its really good, center of the Duhok city, and very close to the main Bazar area. The hotel have its own car parking, open to sky though. Reception lady was nice, well behaved and fast enough to facilitate us with our rooms. Located in downtown Duhok this is a good, clean hotel with a good breakfast. Lots of places to eat close by and taxis are freely available. Rooms were regular size. Not much English spoken by staff. Overall very good. Laundry very expensive.

One of the most wonderful hotels in Duhok city provides all room sizes, big hall with stationary, open buffet plus vary of brakes. In addition the place of the hotel located in the middle of the down town where you can find all services and entertainment.

Great staff and they were trying to build newer rooms. Someone who stood there earlier said it's much more cleaner than before. So, they are getting better day by day.

Khani Hotel is one of the best Hotel in the Duhok Region which located in the center in my opinion because its near to any point i want to go too, located in the Bazaar or as local says ( Seki ) and i love it more bcause this area is crowded until late night with all these Restaurant around the hotel from left to right with one of my favorite restaurant ( Masif ) which located to the left side of the hotel only 2 minutes away and you can take a walk down to the center of bazaar with just 5 minute walks if you want to buy anything , the Hotel staff are very kind, gents & collaborative to their

Polite staff but the room are dirty, one week spent there and they never clean up the room. Just towels change. They really need to invest in hygiene.
