Getting into the city is very easy; once you leave the airport, you have taxi and minibus options. Instead of paying for a minibus that takes you to the airport gate in 2 minutes, you can take a taxi directly to your home or hotel; they give a fixed price of 25,000 Iraqi dinars.

Kirkuk International Airport is a newly constructed airport, opened in 2022. I wish its management success, and I hope it continues to prosper and grow, serving the people of Kirkuk and all of Iraq.

The best airport for Kirkuk.

The general characteristic of the staff is their professionalism and respect in dealing with passengers. It's a small but clean and quiet airport, and we aspire for it to compete with other international airports.

A small airport, but clean and the staff are friendly.

Kirkuk International Airport is one of the international airports in Iraq, The Airport is not crowded most of the time, and it has supportive staff and good facilities. I suggest adding more enhancements to the airport building, such as constructing a tower for monitoring, which would serve as a milestone for the airport and the city of Kirkuk Abd airport as well! Additionally by adding some ATMs and a duty-free station ✈️

For me, the size of the airport—whether big or small—isn't what matters. What truly matters is the behavior and attitude of the staff. The behavior of the passport control staff was unprofessional — many appeared unfriendly, indifferent, and slow in processing passengers. Despite the presence of numerous Interior Ministry officers, each passport check took over three minutes. I am shocked that for each passport one of the officer sitting in the chair, after a while she got up and another come to sit, then he also got up, another come to sit!!!!!! At one point, an officer held my passport but i

This airport is just so small and tiny and it sucks to be honest.... Security is so tense that I don't even know what to say.... There are literally 2 security checkpoints before you even enter the airport and they take normal stuff like power banks (even if it's 5000mah or 10000mah). And there are so much more in the inside and they are strict with it. One time, my mom travelled here alone and she had to go additional screening two times just because she was a women! What a racist airport.. They have an poor amount of facilities, duty free is closed for an long time and they don't have ATMs

The flight was delayed for the second time, and there are only two restrooms for women. The prayer room is very small, and unfortunately, men and women pray in the same space. Airport services are poor.

The first time I landed at Kirkuk Airport, I hated the world. The passport control wait was exactly three hours long, just routine information and data entry. Of course, every time I come by land or plane from Erbil and Baghdad to Turkey, I never have to wait three hours at other airports with my family. When I got to passport control, two of my bags were broken, and on top of that, they had opened one of the bags. They said they didn't know about the breakage and that the bag was already open. And it wasn't just here; a car was waiting for us outside the airport, but they wouldn't let us in.

If you fail to see an airport, then you will have to wait and see again. This is your airport, so you have to wait and see if you want to go anywhere. Use your phone and connect it to your device, but also use your phone. Betrayal. There is a circus there, there is a bottom and there is something wrong with it. Deccan. There are many different types of publishers here. This is the end of my story, so I can't wait to see you again. Dekard.

An old airport dating back to the British occupation of Iraq, its real name is Al-Hurriya Air Base, and it now needs trees and the conversion of its barren agricultural areas into beautiful green spaces. It also requires further attention and development.

There are no actual services, and there's a smoking area, but smoking isn't allowed. Something funny. I feel like I'm in jail. I don't recommend it.
