Kirkuk Plaza Hotel

The worst service and the worst hotel I've ever been to... filthy, disgusting, smelly, and no services whatsoever.

The hotel is very bad, the rooms are not clean, the bathrooms are dirty, the corridors are in a constant state of chaos, it is extremely dirty, the air conditioning is bad and unreal, the smell is dirty, the breakfast is neglected and lacks renewal and sustainability, and do not rule out the possibility of getting cold bread and no eggs, it does not even deserve one star, we changed two rooms and they all had the same problems.

The hotel is terrible, the rooms are awful, and the linens are terrible. I don't recommend it. There's no hot water, and it lacks basic services.

This hotel is filthy, disgusting, and rotten. I have video footage of the room and the bathroom; it's a complete mess. I'm warning you about it and its foul odor.

Please don't spoil your trip. It's one of the worst hotels I have stayed in my life for many reasons: 1- The place isn't clean anymore. 2- The decore of place is very boring and makes me hate my trip. 3- The reception isn't friendly anymore. 4- There is no air conditioning service 5- no hot water, no towels, no slippers, and no blanket. 6- Also, you see electric wires cutted and layed o the ground for no reason. 7- The rooms are very noisy and have no sound insulation in walls and windows. 8- The cost for the room with single bed is 25,000 IQD. Hotel is at good location but the cleanliness is a issue here. I was not happy at all after seeing some dirty areas. The front office guy was friendly. Hotel has got to work on cleaning.Hotel is not the one you can recommend to all, it's just an option really.

Its so dirty no order and all the walls is peeling of bad deds and dirty sheets At 2 am i went down to have a cup of tea and i was shocked by the cafeteria boy who said sry we r finished i said make me 1 and the respond was. Sry we dont make at this time even with cash

The room not so good the shower dont work weel, there is no hot water in winter just for couple hour The service is not good And It is crowded most of the time with cheap tourist campaigns

it was the first time that i visited Kurdistan really it was one of those hotel that every thing is nice the room big and clean with a good internet very nice breakfast and very good hospitality the hotel .is in very good position that everything is available and found able for you

Poor service, one elevator working, not clean , a single room with 2 beds was for 60$ .|Location is good , but if you have a car they dont have a parking space.|Had an argument about leaving my car keys with a guy who works as a garage security there and he got upset when i refused to keep my car keys.
