Friendly and helpful staff, good location, modest but comfortable rooms. Great value for money.

The hotel staff were helpful, the bathroom was clean and modern, the room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a kitchenette. It was a good experience and we would definitely stay again. Note: The room was cleaned on the day of our departure.

The hotel is good, but there's a problem with the air conditioning; I hope this will be addressed. Also, there's a problem with the bathroom drainage; the shower overflows. Do not compare a hotel in Kurdistan to what you know in US/Europe etc. For this country this hotel is great. The staff don't speak much English but they will go above and beyond to help you. I got violently ill during my stay and they looked after me like family. The rooms are basic but clean and strong wifi. The location is really good, 5 minute walk to the bazaar. I highly recommend it if you are a tourist in Duhok.

I stayed two times there, and for the price, it's a good deal, but the bathroom was not very clean or the floor the bed was so loud it was broken they disappointed me this time not recommended it

The staff is good. The room is cramped but fairly clean. The location, close to duhok city center, is excellent. It is close to a large number of duhok shops, pharmacies and restaurants, as well as banks. Overall a good visit.
