Kurdistan Canyon View Hotel

Clean rooms, quality furniture, has everything you need ( bathroom, wardrobe, bed , electric mug ,TV, small fridge, wifi) , the curtains are blackout, the balcony has the best view in the town and the owners are very nice and friendly.

One of the highlights of my trip! Incredible views, clean and comfortable rooms and incredible hosts. I cannot recommend it enough for your visit!

A beautiful place with a breathtaking view of the Rawanduz Canyons! We came from Germany on vacation to explore the region of Kurdistan, and this spot was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is perfect for overnight stays, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the showers are excellent. The view from the balcony is simply stunning and invites you to relax and take it all in. Surrounded by untouched nature, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The service was also great: although we were a family of four (two adults and two kids) and the room only had three beds,

What a place! The roooms are almost brand new and very clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. Wifi works perfectly well. The host is very welcoming - I was invited for breakfast to his home and he dropped me off at my next hitchhiking starting point. Spas!

Absolutely stunning hotel with an amazing view of the Rawanduz Canyon! From the balcony you see the canyon. Rooms are clean and very beautiful and spacious, clean bathroom. The hotel seems very new. Family is very kind and with a great breakfast. It is sooo worth it and if I could, I would even stay longer. Really so far one of the best hotels we had in all Iraq. 1000% recommend it!

The views and location of this hotel are extra extraordinary. The owner provides excellent service. The rooms are nice. The hotel is new and I loved my stay here. I’d highly highly recommend the hotel. Sitting on the balcony is a 5-star experience. I can’t say enough good things about it.

This is the best view I have ever had from hotel balcony for sure. The area is close to the restaurants and shops. The host is superfriendly and helpful. He is also the great local guide who knows all the hidden gems of the area. I recommend to everyone.

A hotel worth recommending. They really care about the comfort of their guests. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms is at a high level. The room was well-maintained and equipped with a basic refreshment buffet with drinks. A big advantage is the bathroom with towels and toiletries. You can also relax on the balcony with a beautiful view.

I’ve traveled all across Kurdistan, and in terms of value for money, this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s not only new and recently opened, but everything is spotless and smells fresh. However, the main reason to stay here is undoubtedly the incredible view from the rooms — a breathtaking panorama of the majestic canyon. Looking out from my balcony, listening to the call to prayer echo through the canyon, surrounded by mountains and greenery - what a moment! Add to that the kindest people you’ll ever meet and you have the perfect recipe for a great hotel. One of the highlights of my trip to Kurdistan, I highly recommend it!

Mr Haval made us feel at home and we had an amazing experience with him. He brought us to many beautiful places in the area. He is also very knowledgeable about Kurdistan and Iraq history. He has a incredible sense of humor and a way of making you feel comfortable. The hotel has an amazing view of the canyon.
