The Western Union office don't give you the transferred money in dollars but instead they give it to u in iraqi dinars! Which is basically a robbery! If someone sends you 100$ from US and he already paid the fees, you still won't get 100$ because WU will give it to u as iraqi dinar and will be worthing 80$! 25+ people in line, just one guy who do the paperwork and ofcors he so slow, no A/C & no ventilation in the room so you will be boiled because of the temperature inside! Very bad service!

Very crowded and limited staff. there were only two officers in the bank and one left during work leaving only one to mangae the whole branch!!! ... waited one hour and a half for reciving WU transaction.

Extremely unreliable for both the services in the office and the ATM. About 80%of the time the ATM is offline or has no money avaliable. Do not go here.
