Alnd makes an exceptional cappuccino,the best we have drank in almost a month in Kurdistan. His spoken English is excellent and like everyone in Kurdistan super friendly. His shop is very clean including the WC. Very relaxing atmosphere and plenty of parking in the area.

They don't have ice cream. Only drinks and juices.
If it was bigger then it would be greater and the best place to reccomend for reading or meeting.
