This project is being developed by the reputable and successful Lalaf Group. The location is excellent, but the project has drawbacks, including very limited green spaces and buildings that are too close together. A better project is the one by Slava, which is located right next door.

It's my least favorite apartment building, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

They announced the opening, and after I handed over the keys, they cut off the electricity and water, claiming there were no residents. Incompetent management.
