I have bought an apartment in July 2021 in Lalav Airport View in Erbil. As per the contract, the apartment must have been handed over to me by March 2023; however, to date the project is still under construction. The company promised many times but hasn’t kept their words. The apartments will come without boiler and kitchen countertops as it was promised at the beginning. The quality is also getting worse in the absence of government control.

Unfortunately, this company lacks credibility. They contract with contractors and haven't set a date. I was supposed to receive my apartment this year, and they haven't even completed five percent of the work in the Venus complex. I'm stuck with this, but we will be filing a lawsuit against them.

We are a group of apartment owners in the Lalaaf Airport View project... The company lied to us about the delivery date. We were supposed to receive the apartments in September 2022. The project is still just a shell. The employees are avoiding us and hanging up on us when we ask about the penalty clause for the delay and the delivery date. We will be filing a lawsuit against the company. Our advice: Don't get involved like we did in buying from them. They've taken on so many projects and they've brought in 50 workers for each one.

Work has stopped on three complexes so they can work on the Pavilion project. People have paid money and are waiting for their apartments, only to be surprised that the delivery date is delayed by almost a year. Where is the credibility? Where are the promises to the buyer? Or do you only know how to profit from people's money?

Lalaf Company has no credibility. A year ago, we bought an apartment and they said delivery would be in a year. I brought it back after a year and they said work had stopped because of the Pavilion project. After a year, they said, "Your apartment will be delivered in the Airport complex."
