The room was spacious and had everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and the floor was clean. The staff were excellent; my regards to them.

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I booked a room one day before and confirmed my afternoon arrival. When I showed up, they first denied my call, then claimed the hotel was fully booked. Total waste of time. I will never book here again and warn others to avoid this place.

I stayed in the Lara Hotel last two nights. the staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The size of the room were satisfying and clean.

Very beautiful place and very comfortable and nice view. Prices are good for place like that. There are places for families. They have all kind of food and hot and cold drinks. The hotel contain a Restaurant in the top of hotel. Lara Hotel one of the famous places in Duhok.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not good. The cleanliness was poor, and the furnishings were old and visibly dirty. The ventilation in the room was also inadequate, making the atmosphere stuffy and uncomfortable.

To clear my conscience, the room I stayed in was cold and the shower was just water, but the sheet and pillows were clean, I swear to God.

Unfortunately, I had a fairly good experience with this hotel, but my last experience was when I booked two days in advance from Kirkuk. On the day I went to Duhok, I called them and confirmed that we were on our way. They said our room was reserved, and I thanked them. When I arrived, I was surprised when they told me, "We're sorry, someone else took your room." I was really surprised. The worst hotel in the world, I swear to God! When we first arrived, this place only deserved half a star, and even that wasn't enough. When we first arrived in Dohuk, they made us wait a whole hour just to get rooms, supposedly to book them. Where were they all day?! I'm lucky I even gave it one star! The reception staff were unprofessional and didn't speak Arabic well. The breakfast was not varied, and the buffet offered limited selection. The location was adequate.

The rooms and bathrooms are not clean, in addition to the poor service. There are also some cockroaches in the rooms. As for the restaurant, the food is served slowly and inaccurately.
