Cleanliness and good treatment

A quiet and clean place with excellent service.

Good motel comparing to the price .. I recommend it for families

The place is old, the electricity is bad, the furniture is very old, and the price doesn't match the quality of service.

Good and quiet

A very comfortable, quiet, and clean hotel; I recommend it.

The motel is tidy, quiet, clean, and reasonably priced.

A more than good hotel for a two-star motel.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. The place is very suitable for families, quiet, and the apartment is comfortable and clean. There is no elevator. A washing machine is needed for each apartment.

Spacious and clean apartments at very reasonable prices. The motel owners are very polite, may God bless them.

The best, quietest, and most suitable motel in Sulaymaniyah. Its owner, Kaka Chalak, is a refined person, and the motel manager, Omid, is kind and helpful. I recommend it to every traveler with their family.

A rather nice place. It needs some modifications and additions.

Nothing useful

A beautiful motel with a lovely view in front of and near the motel itself. It's wonderful, clean, and moderately modern in its construction. The prices are reasonable compared to others, and it's located on a main street close to many important places.

A truly wonderful place for temporary accommodation in Sulaymaniyah for tourism and business purposes. It's quiet, clean, and the staff are professional and courteous. The prices are reasonable, and it has a fully equipped kitchen, very good rooms, and excellent bathrooms. It's also small and away from the noise.

A quiet and clean place with excellent service and courteous staff. I recommend it to visitors to Sulaymaniyah. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities, and each room has a small kitchenette, making it a small, comfortable, and cozy apartment.

Wonderful, very beautiful. I want to book one for a week of tourism.
