The location is very good, although the parking area is quite small. It would be better if the valet service were free. The welcome and hospitality were good, and the appetizers and bread they served were very nice. Overall, the food was excellent. We were five adults and one child, and the prices were very reasonable. However, the service and ordering process were a bit slow. Overall rating: 4/5. I would definitely visit again.

The restaurant has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and the food was delicious and fresh. The staff were kind and welcoming, although the service was slow. The prices could also be lower. I also hope they add soup as part of the hospitality, as is common in Turkish restaurants, and improve the quality of the tea, as it was not very good.

Very clean, very delicious and tasty, one leap ahead from Zeynal Usta and Defermu, a bit overpriced, recommend it for occassions, but not for frequent casual dinners, invoice is attached

We visited the restaurant twice. The food was good, the appetizers were free but the portions were small, and the service was slow. However, the atmosphere was elegant. The restaurant is new and clean, and what we liked was the lack of a separate non-smoking area. The price per person was approximately 25,000.

The food was very late and very cold and they don’t know how to present the food, and they can handle large groups or families. We were a family of 8 they took 1 hour 20 minutes to serve the food and even the food didn’t come all together

Today, I was a guest of Mr. Aziz at Lezzet Restaurant. The atmosphere was wonderful, especially the garden area, which was peaceful and beautifully designed. The service was impressively fast, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality dining experience in Erbil.

Visited Lezzet Restaurant with my friend Aziz and had a wonderful experience. The garden atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for spending time with friends. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and everything felt very welcoming. Some people complain about the prices, but quality food, great service, and such a lovely setting are worth it. We will definitely come back!

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The service was subpar and lacked any real attention to detail. To make matters worse, the food was just not good—it had no flavor and didn’t live up to even basic expectations. On top of all that, the prices were ridiculously high for the quality of food and service offered. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Smoking smell everywhere and they literally changed my order and the guy kept denying it if you came here record what you say so you got evidence

What are these exorbitant prices? Does the restaurant owner think he opened his restaurant in London? Salaries in Iraq are low, and this is targeting only those who are well-off, ignoring the 80% of the population who are considered lower-middle class due to the high cost of living! I hope they reconsider the high prices because they are not appropriate for Iraq's financial situation.
