Good quality and a good costumer service

Thanks for your review.

The products are excellent, but the customer service is unprofessional, and every time you call or message the company, they give you different prices.

Very disappointed. The dealer is unpleasant and unprofessional. They want me to pay for service under warranty and for the factory default. I've attached videos showing the brand new machine leaking and shaking! A very bad experience with the dealer and a waste of time. Poor service and a lack of clarity. Their goal is to annoy you and ignore maintenance until you get fed up and give up. I've attached the video so you can see the reality of brand new goods needing maintenance from day one! Water leaks! And a strong shake when spinning clothes!

High prices, poor customer service, and most employees don't know anything about the products. They also don't provide a default price. I hated it; the prices were expensive, the customer service was poor, and most employees didn't know anything about the products. There are no default prices on the products.

Their willingness and ability to collaborate with customers is infectious and inspiring! They truly care about what customers need and they go above and beyond to satisfy them. Clearly it is the best showroom in whole Iraq.
