A well managed and clean medical center, highly recommended for expats. They have contract with many international insurance companies. The doctors are above average or good in terms of experience. Sometimes miscommunication between the patient and the center may make delay or mistakes in the demanded services.

The process just goes so slow here and they are not a professional at allll! Doctors are fine. If you don’t have an insurance card, never try to come here. They just make it triple of market prices!

I had a very positive experience at this hospital and wanted to say thank you to everyone who took care of me. The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help, which made my visit much more comfortable. A special thank you goes to Nurse Elaf. She is honestly one of the best nurses I’ve ever met. She is very skilled, caring, and attentive, and she always made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. The nurses were very kind, supportive, and always ready to help. They treated patients with respect and made the visit much more comfortable through their caring attitude and professionalism. One suggestion for improvement would be the chairs in the waiting area. They are not very comfortable, especially for patients who need to wait for a while. More comfortable seating would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Dilveen and Sima the nurses are two of the best staffs to help costumers. Jaseem from insurance and Zhakaw from callcenter are also really helpful and very professional. Generally LST is a very fast pace and clean hospital with a very satisfactory customer service.

Great dental care, Dr Abdullah is attentive and professional, wonderful service every time! The receptionists, Awat, Lamya, Milad are super helpful, Ruba is always very friendly and takes the time to care for your needs.

After visiting them for a case of falling, I received quite a good treatment both by Dr Ahmed the SHO initially and then Dr Hemin the Orthopedic specialist. Their work, treatment, handling of cases is quite comforting, with this supportive team they have at LST, and can provide the best available services to any visitor.

One of the strongest aspects of this clinic is its nursing team. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and always treat patients with kindness and respect. Outstanding service.

Turned up at 2 a.m. with a detached retina. Ophthalmologist called out who examined me and arranged for surgery next day..Surgery done at Bahrani retina centre but LST came with me and supported me throughout. Thanks go to Zhakaw on reception. And Rhawaz who looked after me and arranged everything.
