Not clean at all. Expensive. Bad bathrooms. No hot water. Broken refrigerator. You can't control the AC; you have to send someone to fix it.

I absolutely do not recommend it. The reason is that as soon as you leave the hotel, they will fine you for any stain or spot on the sheets, pillows, or floor, and the fines are hefty. In addition, the electricity is terrible and the service is awful. However, to be fair, the hotel is clean and the prices are somewhat reasonable.

Not good. The service is poor. I don't recommend staying there; a very, very bad experience.

Very good, classy, and pleasant service.

Really nice rooms, the bathroom was recently renovated. Had warm water 24/7. and a very good price.
very good room. Nice staff ❤️
really bad, not clean and the service was horrible. in addition, the price per night is 80 IQD, with disastrous service and an unhospitable place, while u can go to a luxury hotel for 90 IQD, a bad experience.
Not clean, beds are not comfortable, if there is no public electricity there will be no hot water, the AC is not working properly.
Good location rooms needs improvement and details.
The worst hotel you can choose in iraq
Good hotel, clean and comfy!

I agreed with them that the bathrooms were the most important thing. When I arrived, I found the water heater was broken. I waited two hours for it to work, and finally, I left. There was no soap; I asked the receptionist, and they gave me a shampoo sachet for washing and bathing, so I had to buy some myself. Not all the electrical outlets worked; even the simplest things, like a spoon, you had to ask them to wash it before you could eat.
This hotel doesn't deserve half a star. It's filthy and the service is terrible. You'd be better off sleeping on the sidewalk. The rooms are infested with insects. Where are the health and safety authorities? They agree on one price and then charge you a different one. There's no credibility in their work, and their services are awful.
The worst hotel, unfortunately. They say it's nice, but the reality is different. I don't recommend it. We didn't even go there. The cleanliness and rooms are awful. As for breakfast, they advertise it from 8 to 10, but you get 8.5 and they tell you it's finished. My last experience was at this place. I don't recommend it.
It's terrible, not worth trying. Go sleep on the street, it's better than this ridiculous hotel.
The hotel owner is not comfortable and there's a girls' cafe inside, meaning it's not suitable for families.
Unfortunately, this hotel is terrible, and the service is nonexistent. There are no TVs in the rooms, no hot water, and it doesn't deserve more than one star. This is solely due to the management; they are successful with their pleasant words, listen to complaints willingly, and accept criticism, but they don't address any of the issues.
Bad experience, I don't recommend it. They tell you to hand it over at 12, then they come at 9 in the morning and tell you to clear the room.
Unsuitable for accommodation. Dirty. The services are faulty. Before leaving, the electricity was cut off, and after contacting the hotel owner, the generator was turned on according to his whims. You can't feel safe or comfortable. It's strange that it keeps running. Families and children are left stumbling in the dark, and the elderly have to go down stairs. And the service is rude.
The services are poor, the electricity is cut off from 12 midnight until 7 am, and there are no cleaning staff.
It's terrible and there's no cleanliness whatsoever, there are even insects.
It's quiet, but the floor is dirty and the bed is in poor condition, torn... There's also an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms.
A very bad hotel in terms of service and cleanliness. The refrigerator was broken. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The ceiling fan had no remote control or switch. The TV remote was out of battery. I asked for cold water from reception, and they charged me extra. A very bad hotel; I do not recommend it to anyone.
Nice hotel and the owner, Ahmed Al-Fallujah, treated us even better.
A basic hotel with subpar service.
A beautiful and wonderful hotel located on 60th Street in Sulaimaniyah...
It's a good and clean hotel on 60th Street in Sulaymaniyah, but the price range is a bit high.
It's okay, but there are some minor problems that need to be addressed.
Don't get yourself into trouble with it. It's a terrible hotel.
Below average cleanliness. Breakfast meal: egg, yogurt, and salad.
Good and provides breakfast
Good hotel and excellent service
The hotel is tired and dirty, and the Rio is miserable, filled with God’s grace
Zarba Hotel, if it were a hotel we'd call a hotel, but it's not a hotel, it's a Zarba! 😁😜😁 …
Small room Average cleanliness and service
It's very clean and tidy, and the prices are good.
I was there for the second time; they have a clean place.
A hotel lacking many things
Nice and clean, their service is great.
Average to below-average service
Nice, add a suitable price
Lack of internet and food services
Let's talk to you about it.
