For business trip that ,you were planned to sleep even less than need is fine...and one night stay ...staff kind ...⭐ star hotel ,location near centre.. they serve me breakfast when I ask but they said they dont serve breakfast because they are in Ramadan and my booking was with breakfast...the breakfast is nothing!!!!

The worst hotel you could ever stay in... Zero peace and quiet, you'd think you were sitting on the street... Zero service... Old and dilapidated hotel... I absolutely do not recommend it.

The hotel is terrible. The price is exorbitant for the comfort and service. The internet is weak. I booked a suite, but the double beds were cramped and uncomfortable, and the single bed was uncomfortable too. I advise staying away from this hotel. There's no drinking water or tea. (You're going to your friend's place, and he doesn't like you; he just wants to kick you out.) That's how he treats you. 😂

The hotel is excellent, the service is outstanding, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are perfect, and the price is good.

The staff were excellent. The room was clean, but the generator was very loud and quite annoying. The bathroom was clean and the water was perfectly warm, but the bidet was broken. The breakfast was the same for two days—only eggs, which unfortunately tasted bad. The hotel's location is great and close to cafes and restaurants.

One of the best hotels I stayed in in Erbil Governorate, in the city center, close to the Citadel, Salem Street, Irfan Restaurant, and Farouk Restaurant.

A wonderful hotel, and if it were more than 5 stars I would have given it because of the cleanliness, organization, services, helpful staff, and reasonable room prices. God willing, whenever we come we will stay there, and I will tell all my acquaintances about it. I hope they maintain this level and wish everyone continued success.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Parking is available under the hotel. Water, coffee, and Nescafe are complimentary in the lounge and rooms. The bathrooms are fully equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, and even toothbrushes and toothpaste. Special thanks to Hussein, the receptionist, for his excellent manners.

Room service is poor; the cleaning staff needs to be changed and the bathrooms repaired. Otherwise, the hotel management and location are very good, and the breakfast is fairly good.

The level of service and attention has declined compared to before. They need almost everything renovated. However, the hotel's location remains convenient for everyone.
