Luna Hotel

For a four stars hotel, its a great hotel. The service is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, the city center, and it's near to the historic citadel of Erbil and near to Enkawa city which is famous for it's Christians majority, mini public restaurants and the US consulate. Compared to other hotels, the prices of this one is much more acceptable. The breakfast meals are delicious. The amenities of the hotel and the sauna are amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, nice open reception area with sofas and two TV's, a beautiful little bird singing away, complimentary tea and coffee and comfortable modern rooms. The restaurant and spa area are pretty ordinary.

One of the worest hotel experiences I have ever had in my whole life. Dirty rooms with very poor service. The bathroom is literally disgusting.

The breakfast was average. The rooms are clean, but all the street noise is right next to you in the room, and the room sounds can be heard in the hallway. The soundproofing needs more work. The staff are lovely and respectful, may God bless them. 🌹

The tourism department rates the hotel 4 stars, but in my humble experience, it only deserves 2. The price is $60 for a double room. The location is good, close to the center. The service is okay, but only one or two floors of the hotel are operational. They refused to give me rooms on higher floors.

Awful Experience – Do Not Recommend Booked based on their 360° tour, but the room was dirty, smelly, and tiny. No basic amenities like coffee/tea, and the bathroom was terrible. Asked for a refund but their policy refused. Avoid this place at all costs.

the staff are friendly and supportive. Air conditioner is very good. Requested few things immediately provided by the staff. The bath is not goood and too old and small, elevators has not fan and it is very hot

It's one of the hotels, near the city centre , also it on 60 metre road which is one of the main roads in the city , you can go out for a walk 🚶‍♂️ in the early morning 🌄 and enjoy , over all the hotel 🏨 is nice and clean the most import is that is beside the mosque 🕌 for Muslims and near to Ankawa for Christians ✝️ there multi advantages to stay in Luna Hotel 🏨 😀

The whole building smells like oil. The bathroom is derty and has only one towel for a three guests room. The pool and the gym are the -1 level where it feels like you're in jail, gym equipment rusty, and they haven't been touched forever. Breakfast is a mess and empty trays that you have to ask them to add more.

Worst stay ever, no shower door, no towels and nothing works. better to sleep in your car our mistake for staying 1 night
