Some of the makeup staff were very rude.. the makeup didn't meet my expectation

Doesn’t meet the name big name terrible service they work as they want not as costumer want, specially the make up artists not as it is in advertises.simply not recommended

This salon is the worst salon in Kurdistan, Erbil . Rubbish! Rubish!I went here in December, the staff are rude , they ruin you face, they don’t even give you make up cleanser - this is not a salon 🤮 They show no respect to the bride, Helly Luv , please train your staff better and teach them how to talk to people and please teach them what a professional is-. The person in the picture was the rudest person I met, I kindly asked to to do something quick my nails 💅 because I didn’t have time , she put her hands 🖐️ in my face- I was shocked at this behaviour and I never seen anything like this

I was not at all satisfied with my hair keratin treatment; one day after washing, my hair became wavy again, and when they found out I was from abroad, they took advantage of us and charged us even more money.
