Macair Flight Support

Strategic Aviation has been using Macair for close to the last seven years now. They provide excellent flight and ground support services of an exemplary high standard. Over this time we have established a very good relationship and the ground support has even progressed to the occasional personal assistance during out of the ordinary situations. During my career in aviation, I have yet to find a better flight support company. Thank you very much Macair. I am looking forward to many more years working with you.

i google a contact # where i can reach out for one od their staff to ask for help for a complain. i got a number and checked if its active in whats app, i message the whats app # and i got a rude reply like dont send any complain in this number if i dont send my passport? i explained that im a resident of uae, then another rude answer "oh wow" "so what" wherein i already said my name. very rude and sounds like no customer service esp its a hotline number in google for their company. i hope they can check on their staff esp on answering complains etc.
