They made us pay to sit and eat at the cafeteria even though we got our own food and cleaned the tables ourselves.

I would give negative rating if I could mainly because of Dr. Lana Salah. I had an appointment with Dr. Lana Salah at 4:00 PM, but we were not called in until approximately 5:30 PM. After the long wait, I was asked to lay down and wait for the doctor. When Dr. Lana entered the room, she appeared visibly upset and immediately said, in a harsh tone, "You cannot come like this and take the place of my patients without an appointment." I calmly explained that I did have an appointment and could provide proof from the hospital's correspondence if needed. As the examination began, my husband quie

Today I had a bad experience with the ultrasound doctor, Saleh. She has no manners with patients, yelling and scolding as if we were getting a free ultrasound. People like that shouldn't work at a hospital with that name because they tarnish its reputation.
