This mall feels like it’s been left behind. The floors, lighting, and overall atmosphere are worn out, giving it a dull vibe. For the high prices here, I expected a more modern and welcoming environment, but it doesn’t seem like they’ve invested in updates for a long time. The staff was also a letdown. They were indifferent and, at times, even rude when I asked questions or needed help. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority, which made it frustrating, especially with the premium prices.
