Very respectful and helpful staff ,good location near erbil international airport and opposite Sami abdulrahman park , great breakfast, as usual for me the hotel is so clean, very big and comfortable room. It was great time to staying in this hotel.

Hotel is good overall, but it needs renovations, especially the restaurant where tables are badly worn. And they appear to be short staffed, as the service is not so good.

The worst hotel experience that I had till now! The sound of traffic and club (disco) almost in your room, so you can’t sleep till late night!! Also the bad smell come from every parts of your room specially the WC! And also it’s far from the city center

Worst experience ever. I am totally surprised be a hotel that's 5 star to not have a slipper for the room, the jacuzzi wasn't working and the room was too dark. The breakfast menu looked like a one of a hotel with the worst ratings not many options were available. The staff was not helpful for full filling the our simple requests. I won't visit this hotel again. One more thing to add. The reception wasn't answering my calls I had to go down by myself to ask them for any requests!!! And the hotel was too noisy. Horrible hotel; I am amazed at its good rating even though it is terrible in many ways!! Hotels in the popular markets are much better than this hotel; one star is too much for a rating! 1) I asked for ironing clothes, they didn't have them, even though the order was at 6:00 pm 2) I asked to bring an iron and an iron table, they brought only the table, and they said there is no iron available now! What should I do with the table only? 3) Reception staff not answering calls, called them six times, even if they are busy they have to answer, or, to call back later, but they did not! 4) Holdi

The place has been done up from my last visit. Its a new management who is making it even more modern. Views, food and Hookah is nice in the restaurant on the ground level. Overall amazing experience. Rooms are well maintained as all my guests were residing there. Good service.

It's a pleasant stay of 4days there. The room service is good. Hospitality is awesome. The dining or cafeteria is Marvelous. Very neat and clean with piano's music taking food is just awesome. Definitely visit again. Thanks Anil Kumar.

I reserved their best room and arrived to check in. They started searching my bags - not a quick search for weapons, they were pulling everything out onto a table and doing crazy things like holding a prescription med up in the air and reading the label (there is no reason in the world that a hotel guard needs to know what medicines I take), a simple bottle of shower soap was turned all the way around twice slowly. It was crazy and that was just the first small bag. I saw no need to be there forever while they did that to everything in my backpack and my actual suitcase, so I declined to check

Hotel Management is Terrible. It sound like half star hotel. The room was not as expected with a bad view. Never liked my room even I requested to change. Spa and Swimming Pool area was not arranged at all. Smell and Dirt were everywhere.

Overall our stay was very bad, the hotel is not a five star for sure.|The disco and club are running until 3 AM as if it is in your room.|The rooms are very low quality and bad odor comes from the toilet, even after changing the room for same the reason.

I went with a groub of doctors before one year..it was a bad day...Iwhen I had sat eating with family in their restaurant..someone like a manager or something likethat..he came and was very angery and fight the worker who were very afraid from him..his war continued with worker for all my stay in in restaurant..until I left the the place..whatever was the problem..whatever who was fighting with workers..but it is a loss of respection to costumers and I was with my family...the hotel not good in talking with my family

I spent one night at Marianna hotel , I can say it deserve what I paid , the room was clean and very tidy, the facilities like spa sauna pool not bad and deserve to spent some time there ,although, the shortage in towels but it was not bad , and I believe I liked Mariana hotel.

Room service was bad;they did not touch the room until i came back and the room was so untidy..and regarding the net it was horrible;my phone did not connect all the period i stayed there .. but overll it was good to stay there because it has easy access to many places nearby, and the breakfast was good ;so many items were there..
