Their service is more global these days, unlike before. Some of the people who used to work with them, I don't know how they treated customers. Now you go in and see respect. As for the products, the quality has noticeably dropped, but despite the decline, the level is still competitive. Their only drawback is their prices, which are never clear. Amazing place, if only the first floor didn’t shake entirely whenever someone walks! it’s a very disturbing experience, a calm atmosphere is not supposed to be like that. It’s much worse that noice, your whole body shaking with someone else’s foot steps
