The service is very bad and the cleanliness is below zero. We booked a room with breakfast included, but when we went for breakfast, we were surprised there was none. There were no towels in the bathroom and nothing up to standard. Everything is bad and it doesn't deserve to be called a hotel.

The hotel is extremely dirty and doesn't deserve even one star. Cleaning is completely nonexistent, the toilets are filthy beyond belief, the restaurant isn't even fit to be a pet restaurant, only one elevator works, and the electricity and water are a disaster. The air conditioning is so-so. Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience...
