Located in the heart of the most dynamic part of the town, where you can easily walk to everywhere. They have a parking lot and also their fast-food kitchen has a list of Asian food. The price is reasonable and you can have access to the night life of Suli right in front of the hotel where all the tea)coffee and street food stalls are and a lot of people hang out in that street called Saholaka. You can even register for the gym/swimming pool and spa.

The best middle-priced hotel in Salem Street. It is close to the Museum and Bazar, clean, comfortable, quiet, and the reception staff are very kind.

A hotel in Sulaymaniyah - Salem Street - in the middle of restaurants and cafes. A clean place with good service and a varied and healthy breakfast. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are the best things about it, and the gym is good. The prices are suitable for those who want to stay in a clean and comfortable hotel.

A lovely hotel in the city center on Salem Street, close to popular cafes. Clean, average buffet, good service, there is a parking lot behind the hotel that belongs to the hotel. The price is a little high. I recommend it for short visits and business trips.

Beautiful and very clean, and its location is excellent, almost in the middle of Salem Street. I haven't tried the breakfast yet, but I'll add my thoughts later.

Our visit to Mihrako Hotel and Spa was meant to be a fun family day by the pool, but it quickly turned into one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had. We never even got to swim. Instead, my younger sister, who has special needs, faced disrespect from different staff members starting at reception, then from the swimming teacher, etc The way she was treated showed no understanding or compassion. It was upsetting to see, and it left our whole family feeling hurt. This kind of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, especially towards a child. I hope the hotel improves its staff training so

We live in Europe, and I brought my daughter who has special needs and her sisters to Mihrako Hotel and Spa. My only goal was to show her the beauty of her own country and how people here treat others with kindness. Instead, we were met with the most disrespectful behaviour I have ever seen. We never even got to swim. My daughter was humiliated three times first by the woman at reception, then by the swimming teacher, and finally by another staff member. The service in the swimming area was extremely bad there were 3 ladies 2 of them were insulting me and my sisters.They made me cry 3 times and didn’t let me go in the pool. Me and my sister were speaking in English and the swimming teacher started yelling and saying we were talking about her even though my sister was comforting me. So we changed and came back home. I would like to write about this great hotel I found In Sulaymaniyah, unfortunately it was rated 4 stars but to be honest as Transport Expert and Lead Auditor it deserves more than 4 stars, the place was great tge rooms are very nice the staff from the reception and everyone was professional and polite I was so happy I extended my stay thanks to the manager and all staff job well done 👍👍👍

Totally bad experience.. The receptionist ( the girl) was extremely rude and not professional enough to do her job. Although the hotel location was great with cool restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel considered “4 stars hotel “ but they don’t accept credit cards except of on bank. Pricing was very expensive compared to other 4 or 5 stars hotels. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

My experience at Mihrako Hotel and Spa was deeply upsetting and something I will never forget. I went with my family planning to use the swimming pool, but we never even got the chance to swim. Instead, my younger sister, who has special needs, was disrespected three separate times first by the woman at reception, then by the swimming teacher, and finally by another staff member. Each incident showed a complete lack of kindness, empathy, and basic respect. Watching my sister a child be treated without humanity was heartbreaking and left us all shocked. No family should ever go through this.

Overall the hotel is in a good location. The service staff is responsive. The pool is closed and divided by time which is inconvenient. Since the time for dayshining every day was in the first half of the day. The electricity kept going out during my stay, which made working with the computer difficult. The cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Also, the rooms do not have windows facing the street.

-2021.. Perfect location, good breakfast, clean rooms but can be cleaner, but the double bed was a bit small. The only negative point is that the room the gave us had no windows, no air exchange.. -2023 here again, this time the room has windows, but we have an infant baby now, we asked for baby cot, surprisingly they do not have any baby cots😒..

The location is excellent with walking distances to museums and right in the midst of the night market. The room is spacious and clean. The swimming pool and spa are beautiful. The hours for women (10am-4pm) are very restricted and inconvenient though. I went there at 3.15pm and the staff was closing up and preparing to leave. They relented after I promised to leave after a quick swim but kept telling me that I should come at 2pm if I wanted to use the facility. I left at 3.45pm.

The breakfast was good, swimming pool is big and beautiful, but a bit crowded. The internet was very poor we sometimes had to stay at the door to use it even though our room was right in front of the internet router. The location is very good.
