I stayed here because there was no available in other 4 stars hotels. And other 5 stars hotels were more expensive than this hotel. Hotel is little bit outside of the city. Hotel has 5 stars but there is no much difference from 4 stars hotel. I paid 93 usd for 2 persons in May 2026,and plus 12 usd for breakfast for each person. I stayed in 4 stars hotel 3 days before in Duhok and paid 48 usd including breakfast. Room facilities and breakfast are almost same. This hotel has spa and swimming pool which I didnt use. In my opinion this hotel doesnt deserve 5 stars. Room, bedsheets are clean. Break

Millennium Kurdistan Hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with spacious rooms, excellent service, and a convenient location. The staff are welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist, making guests feel valued throughout their visit. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere contribute to a pleasant experience.
One area that would benefit from improvement is the room electrical outlets. Most of the power sockets could use modernization or maintenance to better accommodate guests' devices and charging needs. Upgrading the outlets would further enhance the co

I had a reservation, and when I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM, they told me, “We sold the room.” Less than half an hour earlier, they had called me and confirmed the reservation.
The person at the reception was speaking in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner, as if he was paying us instead of us being paying guests. A hotel with such a reputation should know the basic rules of customer service and how to treat guests professionally.

I had a wonderful experience at the Millennium Kurdistan Hotel & Spa in Sulaymaniyah, the cultural capital of Kurdistan. From the moment I walked in, the elegance of the interior was impressive — beautiful marble walls, tasteful artwork, and warm ambient lighting throughout the corridors that give the hotel a truly luxurious feel.
The spa and pool area was a highlight. The indoor pool is stunning with its blue-lit ceiling and large windows overlooking the city. They also offer an exquisite Turkish Bath experience, which I highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind.

A first class large hotel in very good condition with high security standards. The rooms are absolute top standard, clean, spacious and well maintained. The bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired.
In front of the hotel is a large parking lot with entry control.
There is a nice pub on the first floor.
Depending on when and how the room is booked, you can stay here very inexpensively with the greatest comfort.

Once again another wonderful Hotel in Sulaimaniya Iraq. Great location in the city, wonderful friendly staff and delightful food. I was upgraded without request and had a very large room to myself.
The room is very clean, comfortable bed and a wall TV that rotates whether you are sitting or lying in bed.
It has an Irish bar attached to the hotel that is warm and inviting with great staff one again. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to any travelers.

The rooms were clean but old a disturbing noise come out of the toilets of all the rooms although the maintenance team did their best to fix this issue , the hotel is very quiet ,perfect for relaxation, the spa was really perfect and the staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful.
In my opinion ,They need to renovate the rooms as soon as possible to attract more visitors.

Millennium Kurdistan Hotel & Spa was conceptualized to cater needs of people visiting Faruk medical city & other corporates in the Northern end of Sulaimani.
The hotel is easily accessible by outer ring road from other side of the city. During winters, excessive snowfall may hinder access as roads become frozen.
The rooms are little vague compared to normal hotel. But the best amenities and gadgets makes your stay comfy. Bose wireless speakers are awesome.
Indoor swimming pool & Gymnasium are of best standard.

There was no prayer rug in my room. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, I was told that the hotel hosts guests from different religions and that having a prayer rug in the room could be considered disrespectful to them. I honestly could not understand this explanation. How can a prayer rug be disrespectful to people of other faiths? The hotel has a pub that serves alcohol, and as a Muslim I do not consider its presence disrespectful to me. Guests with different beliefs can coexist without feeling offended by each other's religious practices. I found this explanation illogical and disapp

The place is beautiful, the hotel is very spacious, and the parking area is upscale and shaded. The reception staff are very respectful. The rooms are wonderful, spacious, clean, and professionally and modernly furnished. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. My observations are as follows: the breakfast selection is somewhat limited, and the lobby bar should offer free hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, given that the hotel is 5 stars.

Perfection in a tranquil location – an unforgettable stay!
This hotel is a true dream for those seeking luxury and tranquility. The location is simply perfect – secluded enough to allow for complete relaxation, yet offering breathtaking views that will take your breath away. Whether it's sunrises or the view of the surrounding landscape, it's like a painting come to life.
Special praise goes to the hotel's outstanding staff, who make this stay an unforgettable experience. Sarwat, Savan, Yousif, Naua, and Aland are the heart and soul of this establishment. Their tireless dedication and profes

Very clean hotel. We felt very safe thanks to the friendly security staff. Rooms were cleaned regularly. Room service was also excellent. We will come back.

It was a unique experience. The rooms and corridors were very clean, the staff were very helpful, kind, and cheerful, the prices were fairly good, the parking was sufficient, and there was a restaurant and evening events depending on the occasion.

The rooms are very cramped and small.
Laundry and ironing prices are exorbitant; a dishdasha (traditional men's robe) with ironing costs 15,000 dinars. The restaurant is very expensive; a juice and one water bottle cost 15,000 dinars, and a single water bottle and tea cost 12,000 dinars.
We requested delivery of our clothes to the car, and the hotel guard said the service staff had gone to the food counter.
The hotel is clean and quiet, and the location is average.

I chose to stay here for work, and overall it was good, but the taxi fares outside were not fair (they charged foreigners more).

Great place. We were welcomed by Mr. Ameen, who was kind and caring and ready to answer any questions.
I'm sure we'll be back. We received a very warm welcome.
I recommend it to everyone.

A good two-story hotel with very friendly staff. Cleanliness is good, but there are some things that need improvement, such as the electrical switch in the room, which is noisy, and the breakfast could benefit from the addition of delicious Sulaimaniyah cuisine.

Rock-hard vegetables. Some kind of stuff like pine needles on the steak. The sauce was disgusting. Only the fries were edible. For a restaurant in this price range, simply abysmal.

A very bad hotel in appearance only.
1. The prices are not commensurate with the rooms.
2. Room cleaning took a whole day; the cleaner finally arrived and did nothing.
3. You can hear the bathroom running in the room.
4. The bathroom smell is present in the room.
5. A cup of coffee and water costs 3500 dinars.
6. The refrigerators are empty; there are no water bottles.
If I were to rate it, I'd give it a 1/10. In appearance only.

Excellent staff attitude, very clean and tidy. But at the level of three stars in Europe. Very expensive. Of course, in Iraq, hotel prices are generally very expensive.

We stayed one night last weekend in Sulaymaniyah and really enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly and even upgraded our room for free, which was a nice surprise. The room was big and comfortable, and our daughter felt right at home.
The facilities were great too — we tried the indoor pool, shower, and sauna, all very good. The location is convenient, and the shaded parking was a big plus, especially in the hot summer.
Honestly, nothing negative to say about our stay. We’d definitely come back again!

The pillows are bad enough to cause rheumatism, the breakfast buffet lacks variety, taking out a drink in the smoking area is prohibited, and ordering takeout is not allowed. If you order dinner there, you'll get undercooked meat.
On the other hand, the place is quiet and the pool is very clean. No markets available in the area.

During checkout, Ziba from the reception took the time to speak with us regarding an incident that occurred during our stay. She handled the situation with professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. She listened attentively, apologized sincerely, and addressed the matter in a calm and respectful way. Her approach and customer service made a meaningful difference and helped end our stay on a positive note. Thank you, Ziba, for your understanding and professionalism.

The Hotel has weird design. İt take 5min to find my room, there is a circular corridor in the center, its narrow, covered by glasses and you cant see inside, and weird mirrors when u walk through narrow circular corridor. İts all so weird design.
