I live there and it's a good place for living.

Well maintained society along with its service , security, electricity, parking , internal garden , playground for children

Nice with fountains and cafe with market

Very good project for living and its built with high quality. Mini slava is better than almost all the apartment projects in Erbil. One note, the 3 steps to entrance of blocks have no ramps, people face difficulties when having baby stroller.

Service and management are terrible and unprofessional. The project is good overall, but the management team always complicates matters. The service and accounting are among the worst I've seen and completely unprofessional. The project itself is good, but the management team constantly complicates things, and the service and accounting staff have no understanding of the meaning of humility or professionalism.
