He has clothes at reasonable prices.

The prices are reasonable considering the clothes on offer are not top quality, and most items are not available in larger sizes.

The merchandise is very expensive, sometimes with exorbitant prices, even though the clothes they display look very ordinary.

The prices don't match the quality of the items offered; despite the discount, the clothing prices are still high.

A specialized clothing outlet.

It's okay and the prices are reasonable.
