This hotel was absolutely disgraceful in my opinion, one room had several things broken and the day we switched rooms, the entire floor + elevators lost power for several hours and a lot of the workers didn't even know even after 2 hours. Would not recommend.

The hotel has an excellent location, good in terms of cleanliness and services, and the morning breakfast is good and The best hotel in Shaqlawa, comfortable place and wonderful breakfast O and its special location near Shaqlawa market. I recommend it to everyone

A very good place to spend couple night in shaqlawa.. Pretty clean and quiet. There is a garden for each apartment.. The only thing that bothered me is that the A/C didn't work and the reception is annoying

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of Shaqlawa market, but the rooms are old and hot, the air conditioners are old and only cool during the day and at night, and the refrigerator doesn't work. The bathroom isn't very clean, it's old and smells bad. As for the breakfast, it's very, very bad.

The location is excellent, especially since they have a private parking lot, but the services and amenities are considered average.

I recommend staying at the Modern City Hotel. It's a clean and tidy hotel with excellent service, and it's very close to the Shaqlawa market.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, with mountains and beautiful windows. The service is terrible; most of the time there are no staff. The room is bad due to poor cleanliness and tidiness. There's no place to pray, and we, four people, have to combine a single room with four beds. The food is a gamble; sometimes you get plenty, sometimes little, and it doesn't even taste good. The AC is very bad.

A mediocre hotel in terms of cleanliness... very small rooms with no comfortable place to put luggage or pray... its advantage is its location near the Shaqlawa market...

It's fairly good. Breakfast is modest, and the view from the eighth floor is beautiful, overlooking the mountains. It has two elevators, which are often crowded. The rooms aren't very clean. The heating works, but not as well as I'd like. And one morning, the water was cut off.

These companies prioritize their business over the comfort of the citizens, always opting for the cheapest option.

Bad experience. The customers were nice, but the hotel was old and unclean.

The rooms are decent in terms of cleanliness and it's located on the main market street, close to restaurants and markets. Room prices are slightly higher than market rates.
